The eastern diet is very effective and quickly yields results, but it is not so easy to follow. The ration is strictly painted and does not allow indulgences. Daily ration menu

The daily ration is divided into 4 meals:

Do not forget to drink a liquid, not less than 1.5 liters of still water or tea. You can also alternate dishes from lean meat and lean fish. It also has enough protein, and contains unsaturated fatty acids, so necessary for our body. Sometimes on a garnish it is possible to prepare boiled rice, but use only not peeled and a small amount.
