If you still want the child to learn how to make such souvenirs completely independently, try to make such a cheerful postcard with a chicken. To do this you will need:
- a large sheet of cardboard or heavy paper;
- scissors;
- markers;
- toy eyes;
- feathers;
- watercolor paints;
- brushes;
- glue.
Now we will try to make this Easter card together with the child, helping him if something does not work out:
- Fold a sheet of paper or cardboard in half, then again in half.
- Once unfold the sheet and scissor a neat cut closer to the center of the page.
- Near the cut, bend the edges of the paper to the sides in the form of a triangle. Bend the resulting triangles several times so that the fold line is clearly visible. To carry out such an Easter card with your own hands, even for children of quite a small age, will not be difficult.
- Straighten the resulting triangles so that they become voluminous (the triangular part should be directed inward of the sheet). These elements form the beak of a chicken.
- Now color the resulting orange beak and paint the chicken to it as your fantasy tells you. To understand how to make such an Easter card with your own hands, children will not be difficult. Therefore safely entrust them these operations. Let the child self-glued wings in the form of feathers and artificial eyes.
- On a separate sheet draw Easter eggs, cut them out along the contour and paint them in colors of different colors. You can also cut the grass in the form of teeth and also color it. After that, these blanks are glued from the outside of the postcard.
If you have time, try to make old Easter cards with the children, but it will take more time and the kid is unlikely to cope with it himself.
