Consider the principle and features of the sterilizer-dryness on the example of products of the Italian company "Sanity security". To destroy potentially dangerous microorganisms in such equipment, heat treatment is used, and simply speaking - cooking instruments for a while at a sufficiently high temperature (about 220-260 degrees). So, in the dry-fire "Sanity security" the maximum operating temperature can reach 250 degrees. Adjustment of temperature and time of sterilization is carried out by means of turn of handles. At the end of the treatment cycle, the dry-fire is switched off automatically. This method of sterilization has a number of limitations. So, it is absolutely not suitable for forceps and scissors having a plastic or rubberized coating of handles. In order to keep the tools intact and safe in dry-fire they can be placed only dry and in a closed (closed) position. It is strictly forbidden to leave manicure accessories in a dry-off cupboard for storage.

At home, for the sterilization of a manicure tool, instead of a special dry-fire, it is perfectly permissible to use a conventional oven. In this case, the tool must be processed at a temperature of 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
