If it so happens that you are gaining excess weight during pregnancy, you need to do something about it. Excess weight in a pregnant woman is associated with a risk of developing late toxicosis (edema, increased blood pressure, the appearance of protein in the urine), the onset of fetal hypoxia, excessive weight of the baby, which complicates the process of childbirth, and may experience weakness in labor.
Diet for pregnant women on days
If it was not possible to keep the weight within the norm, to lose weight, you will have to resort to a diet for pregnant women. Such a diet can be followed throughout the entire pregnancy - from 1 to 3 trimester.
Monday
- breakfast: an omelette with herbs, a glass of milk, a few fruits or berries;
- second breakfast: salad of grated carrots with apple and sour cream, fruit juice;
- dinner: salad of fresh cabbage and carrots, seasoned with sunflower oil, soup with meatballs on vegetable broth, mashed potatoes with boiled chicken and green peas, compote of dried fruits;
- afternoon tea: biscuits, broth of wild rose, apple;
- dinner: fish stewed with onions, vegetable garnish, kefir;
- at night: low-fat and unsweetened yogurt.
Tuesday
- breakfast: cottage cheese with nuts, raisins and sour cream, banana, tea with milk;
- second breakfast: kefir, boiled egg, apple;
- lunch: vegetable salad with sunflower oil, vegetarian borsch, meat or fish meatballs with buckwheat, fruit juice;

- dinner: pancakes with boiled beef and fried onions, green salad, jelly on natural juice;
- at night: kefir.
Wednesday

- dinner: vinaigrette (without pickles), green cabbage soup with sour cream, beef stroganoff with sour cream sauce and pasta, tea with a slice of lemon;
- afternoon snack: broth of wild rose, fresh berries with sugar;

- at night: yoghurt.
Thursday
- breakfast: pancakes from carrots and zucchini, boiled egg, milk;
- second breakfast: melted cream cheese with rye bread, fruit juice;
- lunch: oat soup, meat stuffed cabbage with rice, beet salad, apple with sour cream, compote of dried fruits;
- afternoon tea: apple, broth of wild rose;
- dinner: boiled chicken with mashed potatoes, vegetable salad with sour cream;
- at night: kefir.
Friday
- breakfast: buckwheat porridge with milk, a sandwich with cheese and butter on rye bread, milk;
- second breakfast: boiled egg, fruit juice;

Radical measures
If the weight is typed at a fast pace, despite all the efforts, it is possible to arrange unloading days throughout the pregnancy, approximately every 7-10 days.
The most common unloading diets for pregnant women are kefir, apple and cottage cheese. During the kefir day, you need to drink 1.5 liters of kefir per day. With an apple diet, you can eat up to one and a half kilograms of apples, distributing this amount for 5-6 receptions throughout the day. If you decide to arrange a curd day, eat 600 grams of cottage cheese, as a drink, use 2 cups of tea without sugar.
