This drug is able to form such a complex with plasmin, trypsin, kallikrein, chymotrypsin and kininogenases. And all due to the fact that it has a natural origin, because it is produced from lightweight cattle.
The mechanism of action of Counterline causes that as a result of its use it is possible to stop bleeding and eliminate pathological conditions that are caused by increased activity of enzymes. Of course, the drug can stop the blood in not all clinical cases. The countercrack will only be effective if it is necessary to stop the bleeding caused by the increased fibrinolysis process.
Indications for use Kontrikala
Countercrack is issued in ampoules in the form of lyophilizate for the preparation of liquid, which is administered intravenously. In tablets this drug does not exist. Instructions for use Contrikala says that this drug is indicated for treatment:
- acute pancreatitis;
- increased bleeding, which is provoked by increased fibrinolysis;
- chronic pancreatitis with a tendency to relapse;
- edema of Quincke ;
- all types of shock (hemorrhagic, traumatic, burn and toxic);
- necrosis of the pancreas;
- deep tissue damage.
In addition, indications for the use of Contrikal are surgical interventions in the lungs and the prostate, as well as the birth bleeding.
Contrikal can be used for preventive purposes. For example, this drug is prescribed for postoperative embolism and postoperative bleeding, embolism with fat particles in trauma, and after fractures of large bones of limbs or skull. It is necessary to take it for prevention of autolysis, when an operation on the pancreas is prescribed.
