Analginum with diphenhydramine

A very intense and rapid increase in body temperature with the inefficiency of conventional antipyretics involves the use of a so-called lytic mixture. It necessarily includes analgin with dimedrolum, because these drugs mutually reinforce each other's action. Also added papaverine or no-shpa, novocaine (with tolerability).

How does dimedrol and analgin help with temperature?

Analgin is a powerful anti-inflammatory drug with antipyretic and analgesic effect. It starts to act immediately after intramuscular injection, quickly absorbed, has high bioavailability.

Diphenhydramine is an antihistamine drug with pronounced sedative activity. Produces a slight anti-inflammatory effect.

The combination of the two drugs under consideration allows to achieve the fastest decrease in body temperature due to the enhancement of their general action. Thus, the injection of analgin with dimedrol allows you to stop inflammation and fever within 15 minutes after the injection.

It is worth noting that the described mixture has contraindications (gastric ulcer, diabetes mellitus, bronchial asthma) and side effects. The most common of these is dehydration due to increased sweating, so after a shot, you must drink at least 200 ml of clean water.

The use of analgin with dimedrol

Typically, these drugs are used as a solution for injection, because in this form they quickly enter the bloodstream and reach the site of inflammation, affect the nerve receptors and help reduce body temperature.

In the absence of analgin with dimedrolum in ampoules, you can take drugs in a tablet form. It is very important to follow the instructions exactly and follow the recommendations for dosage, which depends on body weight, age and the presence of chronic diseases, a tendency to allergic reactions.

Dosage of analgin with diphenhydramine

If you are going to take a fever-reducing mixture in the form of tablets, a single dose of analgin should be 100 mg, and diphenhydramine - 1 g. The amount of drugs that is allowed for daily intake: 250 mg and 3 g, respectively.

The concentration of diphenhydramine is usually 0.5%, less often - 1%. For analgin, this indicator is 50%.

To perform the injection, take 1 ml of each medication. Sometimes it is allowed to increase the amount of analgin - up to 1.5-2 ml.

It is worth noting that the injection solution can also be taken orally, if there is no possibility of an injection, but in this case, a decrease in temperature will occur about 2 times slower.

How to prick an analgin with diphenhydramine?

To remove the heat, you need:

  1. Collect the syringe first analgin, and then diphenhydramine, shake it.
  2. Slowly inject the solution intramuscularly.
  3. If necessary, repeat the procedure, but no more often than once every 6 hours.

Strengthen the effect of drugs can be the preparation of a lytic mixture, the composition of which is discussed below.

Analginum with dimedrolum and no-shpa

The combination of the described drugs with antispasmodics allows to strengthen local blood circulation, expand peripheral vessels and increase heat transfer. Thus, an increase in the effectiveness of anti-inflammatory properties, both analgin and diphenhydramine is achieved.

As an antispasmodic drug, No-Shpa or Papaverin is used. The latter is appointed a little more often, since it is better tolerated.

Dosage for injection - 1 ml of analgin and diphenhydramine, 2 ml no-shpa (Papaverina).

Analginum with Dimedrolum and Novokainom

This mixture is rarely used, since novocaine can cause an allergic reaction . When tolerated, all components in the form of a solution are mixed in a 1 ml syringe.

Novocain does not accelerate the action of the lytic mixture, but it provides rapid anesthesia and helps reduce the intensity of inflammation.
