- witnesses should be single - married couple risks to give their happiness to the young (in the church tradition, it's exactly the other way around);
- witnesses should not be in a relationship with someone else - this is also a bad omen ;
- none of the witnesses should be divorced - otherwise the newlyweds will also not live together for a long time;
- witnesses of the wedding in the church must necessarily be married, believing and preferably - married;
- for the witnesses there is a sign: twice witnessed at the wedding -
The third wedding should be your own, otherwise you can remain alone for life; - newlyweds shout "bitterly", and witnesses - "sweet" or "sour"; so it's better to choose a young single pair;
- so that the couple was happy, the witness must be at least a few hours younger than the bride.
