English dessert trifle

Ingredients:

For vanilla cream:

Preparation

First let's make a vanilla cream. To do this, pour the milk into a saucepan, add the vanilla wand and put it on a weak fire. Bring the mixture to a boil and immediately remove it from the plate. In a separate bowl, whisk the yolks and sugar thoroughly until a "fluffy" and light cream is formed. Add the sifted flour with the starch and mix until smooth. Then the resulting mass is gradually poured into the milk and thoroughly mixed. Again, put the saucepan on the fire and, without stopping whipping, bring the contents to a boil. We remove from the fire. Add a little liquor and a slice of butter to the cream. Mix the mixture until the latter melts. Let the cream cool down a little, and then put it for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.

Without losing time, until our cream cools, we take the finished biscuit cake and cut it into small cubes. Pour the liquor and leave for 15 minutes to make the biscuit soaked. Then we grease it with confiture. In a separate bowl, whip cream with powdered sugar until lush.

Now, at the bottom of glass cups or serving portions, we lay out pieces of biscuit, then a layer of berries and a layer of cream on top. Then again biscuit, berries, cream. We close the molds with food film and put it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

Just before serving, decorate the dessert with whipped cream, fresh berries, almonds and mint.

Truffle with bananas and coffee

Pour the resulting mixture into hot milk and cook on low heat, constantly stirring until the mass thickens. Remove the finished cream from the plate and leave to cool.

Whisk the cream into a thick foam. Bananas are peeled and cut into circles. Coffee is mixed with almond liqueur and soaked in biscuit biscuits.

We spread the dessert either in one large glass bowl or portionwise in layers in the following order: first biscuit, then coffee with liquor, then vanilla cream, bananas and top-whipped cream. We repeat all the layers several times.

Ready dessert trifle decorate with coffee kernels and almond petals at will. We clean for a while in the fridge and then treat all guests to a chilled and insanely delicious treat with bananas!
