Stands for Easter eggs with their own hands

Easter Eve is a great time to do needlework. Easter rabbits and chickens, wicker baskets and, of course, a varied decor of the main symbol of the holiday - the Easter egg ! And we offer you some interesting options for how to make a stand for an egg. Try to make one of these crafts yourself or with children, and you will understand that not only the result is important, but the fascinating process of Easter creativity itself.

How to make a stand for eggs for Easter?

The simplest way to make such a stand is the use of purchased cardboard cartons for eggs. So, let's get down to work:

  1. Draw a contour on the cardboard blank, along which the future stand is to be cut. It should cover not only the "capacity" itself, but also small allowances on four sides, resembling legs.
  2. Carefully cut out the shape with scissors.
  3. Now paint the stand in a bright color. This should be done from all sides, leaving no light spots on the cardboard.
  4. To make the product more original, we decorate it with colored feathers.
  5. As you can see, the stand is a stylized bird. A large feather will be its tail, and a small one will be glued on its head.
  6. Draw eyes with glue with glitter, or paste "running eyes."
  7. Our bird stand is ready!

Stand for Easter egg in quilling technique

The course of work is as follows:

  1. Here we need a form - you can use ordinary chicken eggs, and you can also buy plastic eggs.
  2. Prepare strips for quilling pink (or any other) color and glue from them the necessary number of round parts. Then, giving your fingers a shape, glue them together, laying directly on the surface of the shape-eggs.
  3. Add other shades and bends to make your podstavochka look more exquisite.
  4. Remove the stand from the mold to see how it turned out to be even and stable.
  5. Do not forget to glue the central part, and then dry the hand-crafted article well.
  6. If your egg stand for Easter turned out to be unstable, you can always stick a leg made of the same material to it. This podstavochka somewhat resembles a glass.

How to make a stand for an egg made of paper?

It is not necessary to use quilling strips for the production of paper podstavki. You can do this in another way:

  1. Take the cardboard tube (from rolls of food film, foil or toilet paper) and cut it to the required height.
  2. Cover the resulting part with orange paper (you can use both two- and one-sided, as well as corrugated paper).
  3. Cut the remaining paper in wide strips with long teeth ("fence"), glue them overlapping and bend them in different directions.
  4. The lower layer of our flower-stand will consist of such petals.
  5. They, too, should be glued in a checkerboard pattern.
  6. And, finally, at the very bottom there is such a detail of green color. It is better to make it from more dense paper.
  7. So it looks like a paper stand, assembled together. It looks like a peony flower.
  8. Try on if it fits the size of the Easter egg.
  9. Decorate the festive table with such supports - they will help make the feast even more cheerful.

These and other original holders for Easter eggs can be easily done by themselves. Try it!
