Increasingly, the housewives in the kitchen use a semiautomatic machine for canning, which, unlike manual, does not need to be twisted after tightening for tightening, it does it automatically, thereby facilitating the work.

How to use a semi-automatic machine?

To ensure that your seams stand well throughout the winter, use the following instructions when using the semiautomatic key:

1. Hot filled cans can be covered with hot sterilized metal lids.
2. Top on the lid to install a semi-automatic twist.
3. Start moving the knob clockwise.
4. Approximately it will be necessary to make 7-8 circles.
5. When the twist stops, this will mean that it has gone through all the necessary twisting circles.
6. Unscrew the twist knob in the opposite direction until it untwists (at which point you will feel that it has started spinning easily).
7. The filling machine must be removed and put aside.
8. Turn the rolled up jar, to check the tightness of the seam (so that the elastic band does not climb out anywhere).

If it so happened that the sealing machine accidentally flew off the lid, it must be manually untwisted to its original position. And then put the machine on the lid again (provided it is not damaged) and start rolling again.
