1. First, prepare the spoon: in warm milk, brew yeast and mix with half the sifted flour. Then we knead the dough for the sweet roll with poppy seeds and put it in a warm place without drafts for 30-40 minutes.

2. When our dough is doubled in volume, add the yolks, ground white with vanillin and sugar, the remaining flour, melted butter and mix well. Again put the approach (about an hour).

3. In the meantime, we will fill the filling for our delicious roll with poppy seeds: steam the poppy seeds with boiling water, cover with lid and let stand for 30 minutes, then squeeze well and mix with honey.

1. Sift 200 g of flour, add to it 5-6 st. spoons of water, melted butter (50 g) and knead the dough.

2. We roll it into a bowl, grease it with vegetable oil, wrap it in food film or foil, and put it in a saucepan (in a warm place) for half an hour. During this time, the dough will become elastic and it will be easier to roll out.

3. For the filling mix the poppy seeds with sugar, cinnamon and 50 grams of melted butter.

4. Pour a little hot milk, but it should be enough so that the filling does not become liquid.

5. Now roll the dough into a 50 x 70 cm layer, grease with butter, spread out the toppings, sprinkle them with raisins and roll them into a roll.

6. The ends are well pressed and we shift the roll with poppy seeds and raisins to a greased baking sheet.

7. Bake about 50 minutes in the oven (175 degrees). Before serving, sprinkle the baking powder with sugar powder.
