The 34-year-old Swedish princess Madeleine now brings up two young children: a three-year-old daughter, Leonor and one and a half-year-old son, Lucas, but this does not prevent her from actively engaging in public work. The other day the princess appeared in London at the opening of an entertainment room for children in the center of Southbank, where she talked a little about her hobby.
I teach my children to read
Who would have thought that in the Internet age a person from the Swedish royal family would be so active in promoting reading. Nevertheless, in the children's room, which Madelyne opened, there were many shelves with books. About why in the room a lot of children's literature the princess explained like this:
"I love to read and I find this activity very useful. I teach my children to read from birth. At first Leonor did not like this occupation. She ran away from me and threw books, but eventually realized that there could be a lot of interesting things in the books. At first we had only copies with large pictures, but every day we have books with more letters than illustrations. But with Lucas the situation is different. He loves to be read. Another son himself takes books and creeps into the corner to look through them. It makes me very happy. I think he is a real "bookworm".
In addition, Madeleine said that she not only advises everyone to read as many works as possible, but she herself writes for children:
"I decided to write a book for kids. This idea has visited me for a long time, but only now I realized that I can do it. Until I tell the plot of the book, otherwise all the desire to read it will be lost, but only I will say that it will be very fascinating and funny. Very soon you will see it on sale. "Read also

Princess is not going to stay in London
A few years ago Madeleine left Sweden and came with her husband and daughter to the capital of Great Britain. This happened because the spouse of the princess is doing business in this country and is obliged to stay in London all the time. In one of her interviews Madeleine said such words about her homeland:
"We really miss Sweden. We are here, too, not bad, we are perfectly settled, but still really want to go home. To say exactly how long we will stay in London is rather difficult. So far there is no point in talking about this, because at any moment many things can change. "
