"Prestige" from the Colorado beetle

Unfortunately, the Colorado beetle now lives not only in the same state of Colorado, but spread all over Europe and the territory of the former Union. With the onset of garden work, this "headache" makes a person's work difficult, because the bug is constantly harvested during the summer during all summer nights - potatoes, peppers, aubergines , tomatoes.

Processing potato and tomato bushes by spraying green mass several times during the summer does not always bring a positive result, because the poison gets uneven, especially in windy weather.

In addition, the person involved in the treatment, one way or another, has to inhale poisonous vapors for several hours in a row. The spraying action lasts for a maximum of two weeks, after which the beetle starts again, there are tops. And if immediately after treatment will rain, then all the labor of truck farmers are in vain.

An excellent alternative to traditional spraying was the appearance on the market of poison from the Colorado beetle "Prestige" from the German firm Bayer. This drug has both a fungicidal and an insecticidal action, which makes it truly a complex tool.

Composition and packaging of the drug from the Colorado beetle "Prestige"

The main working substance of the drug is imidacloprid, which belongs to the group of chloronicotinil, which, at the same time, has a systemic and contact effect.

"Prestige" is produced from the Colorado beetle in various packages, but it is more convenient to buy 60 ml, 150 ml, 500 ml bottles and a 30 ml package. It depends on the volume, for example, the potatoes that will need to be processed. Still there is a Prestige in a blister in special syringes of 6 ml, such are necessary when it is necessary to process a small amount of tubers of potatoes or roots of tomatoes and eggplant.

Instructions for "Prestige" from the Colorado Beetle

Before using Prestige against the Colorado beetle, it must be diluted in the correct amount of water indicated on the package. 30 ml is diluted in 0.6 l of water and sprayed and soaked. This amount of ready-made solution is enough to handle 30 kg of potatoes. As with any chemical treatment for plant treatment, precautions must be followed. And although "Prestige" refers to the third class of security (low-toxic) protection when working with it will not be superfluous.

Long rubber gloves, a scarf, covering hair, a respirator or a medical dressing after interaction with "Prestige" should be carefully washed or washed.

After working with the poison, take a shower, wash your face and rinse your mouth, and during spraying it is strictly forbidden to eat food, water and even smoke.

Funds from the Colorado beetle "Prestige" have several applications. Most often they are sprayed with potato tubers immediately before planting in the soil. To do this, on a small cut of cellophane or tarpaulin, a thin layer is spread over the planting material and sprayed from the sprayer, after which it is mixed with hands, so that the entire surface of the tuber is treated.

To protect against pest and more active dew, soak in the solution of "Prestige" roots of tomatoes and eggplant. After eight hours of treatment, they are ready for planting.

You can eat young potatoes 40 days after planting. The poison, located on the tubers, falls into the stem and rises up the plant in the leaves, and does not touch the young potatoes.

The complete disintegration of the active chemical takes place during two months. By this time, you can already eat early tomatoes without worrying about their harmlessness.
