Milk is one of the most important products in human life. It contains essential vitamins (A, E, D), microelements, acids and minerals. In addition, it contains milk fat, equivalent to which there are no nutritional properties. Therefore, milk is useful not only as a product of high-grade and dietary nutrition, but also as a cosmetic for health, beauty and skin treatment.

Universal masks from milk

The presented prescription is suitable for all types of skin and helps to thoroughly clean the pores, and also deeply moisturize the face. Preparation:

  1. Chopped oatmeal or rice, oatmeal in an amount of 1 tablespoon pour warm milk to the consistency of the mixture was thick.
  2. Apply (abundantly) the mass to the skin of the face.
  3. After 15-20, gently remove with a wet cloth and wash with water.

Nourishing mask:

  1. Heat the milk and pour it, still hot, a tablespoon (without a slide) of oatmeal.
  2. Cover the dishes with a lid and leave for 8-10 minutes until the flakes are swollen.
  3. The resulting composition is applied to the skin of the face in a warm form.
  4. After 20-25 minutes, rinse with cool water.

Masks made of milk for dry skin

Intensely moisturizing mask:

  1. The pulp of ripe melon is peeled and seeded, it is good to stretch.
  2. Mix the raw material with warm milk in the same proportions until uniform.
  3. After 10-15 minutes, rinse the applied mask with running water.

Nourishing, deeply moisturizing mask for dry, scaly skin:

  1. The flesh of a ripe avocado should be crushed and kneaded with a fork, mixed with half a glass of warm milk.
  2. Add 2 fresh yolks of chicken eggs, one tablespoon of olive oil and oatmeal.
  3. Thoroughly mix the ingredients, apply mass to the entire face.
  4. After 15 minutes, remove the mask with a cotton ball soaked in warm milk.

This recipe, in addition to effective nutrition and moisturizing, also has a rejuvenating effect on the skin. Smoothes fine wrinkles , and with regular procedures - noticeably tightens the face oval.

Moisturizing mask to improve the natural complexion:

  1. Dissolve the dry yeast (1 tablespoon) in warm milk to form a not too thick homogeneous mass.

  3. Apply the mask to the skin with your fingertips, making circular motions.
  4. After 10-12 minutes, remove the mass with warm water.

Masks with milk for problem, oily skin, with acne

Recipe for narrowing pores:

  1. Lean curd cottage cheese from moisture and in an amount of 20-30 g (tablespoon) grind with two tablespoons of natural milk.
  2. Add to the mixture a teaspoon of flower honey and 15 ml of lemon juice.
  3. Thoroughly mix the ingredients, apply to the skin of the entire face.
  4. After 10-15 minutes, remove excess masks with a soft cloth and wash with cool water.

Mask from acne:

  1. A third of a glass of milk at room temperature mix with 20-30 grams (1 tablespoon) of honey.
  2. Add 3-3.5 tablespoons of wheat flour.
  3. Thoroughly grind all the ingredients.
  4. Densely apply the mask on the face, allow to dry.
  5. After 20 minutes after the crust is formed, rinse with warm water.

Remedy for black dots :

  1. Fifteen spoonfuls of warm milk to grind with gelatin in a slightly smaller amount so that a liquid mass is obtained.
  2. Add 1-beaten egg white to the mixture.
  3. Apply mask to face, wait until a thin film forms.
  4. Carefully remove the resulting film after 20 minutes, beginning with the bottom of the face.
