In kindergarten for the first time!

It seems that only recently you solemnly, with a lacy envelope in hand, crossed the threshold of the house. But time flies imperceptibly and soon it's time to start your karupuz for the first time going to kindergarten. Prepare for this significant event in the life of the whole family in advance, in order to minimize the possible complexities of the beginning of the kindergarten period.

Why do you need a kindergarten?

Initially, the main role of kindergartens boiled down to the fact that children were supervised during the working day, while their parents were at work. And now, the decision of my mother about going to work, implies that the child will go to the garden. But the main role of the preschool institution is somewhat different, and parents who doubt whether a child needs a kindergarten should understand this.

In the collective of peers a little man adapts faster, and it will be very useful to him in the future. After all, there is a school, a university, a job - there is a fairly close communication everywhere. And the sooner a child learns to interact with people so unlike those he used to be in an unfamiliar environment and make his own decisions, the easier it will be for his adult life.

But it happens that the child can not go to the garden due to health reasons, or, close all the time, say - why do you need a kindergarten, when there are loving relatives who will take care of the child. This is very good if the parents come to the rescue of loving grandparents. But after all, communication only with the family, very restricts the development of the child's personality. And the hyperope will not be of any use in this case. For the child there will be obligatory walks in crowded playgrounds where the child will be able to communicate with peers, as well as visits to puppet theaters and various children's activities.

It's decided - go to the kindergarten!

The optimal age for giving a child to a garden is 2-3 years. In the nursery children are taken from one and a half years, but not all children at this age are well tolerated changes in life. Therefore, if there is an opportunity to wait a little longer, it is better to delay visiting the kindergarten. After 3-4 years the immune system of the child is stronger than in a year and a half, and it is sick less often. But this does not mean that the older child will happily run to the group.

At whatever age you decide to give your baby to the children's collective, it is advisable to accustom the child to it gradually, so that the baby does not feel much psychological discomfort. Acquaintance with the garden can begin with walks on the playgrounds of preschool, and the first days of stay in the garden to reduce to 1-2 hours, increasing gradually.

When a child first goes to kindergarten, the positive attitude of parents is very important. Mom and Dad should realize that the garden is a boon for the baby, even if at first he refuses to go there and cries. To part with the child should be short, without long persuasion, because in the group the child almost immediately calms down. Basically, already on the third day of the visit, the child communicates with interest with peers, sits with them to eat and agrees to use the toilet. Every day you will notice how the baby is showing more interest to the garden, even if in the morning he goes there with great reluctance.

What do you need in the kindergarten?

The most important thing is the medical report with the seal of the district doctor that the state of health allows the child to visit the garden. About this certificate you need to worry at least two weeks, because you have to go through several doctors, find out what tests are needed in a kindergarten, and hand them over. Usually this is a general analysis of blood and urine, as well as feces for eggs of helminths, which is taken by a sanitary-epidemiological station. The results of the last need to wait about three days, after which, with all the completed documents, you can already go for the pediatrician's conclusion.

The list of necessary things, basically, in all the gardens is the same. From the first day the child will need:

  1. Replacement shoes - ordinary comfortable room sneakers on Velcro, but not slippers or sandals (preferably a couple in reserve, for an emergency).
  2. Warm clothes for walking (in the weather) and a hat (cap or panama) for summer.
  3. Spare panties, T-shirts, tights and socks (only 5 pairs even if the child walks alone on the pot).
  4. Bibs.
  5. Warm pajamas and socks for sleeping (it will be necessary in the autumn).
  6. Choreography and physical education classes will require Czechs, shorts and a white T-shirt.
  7. Instead of traditional handkerchiefs a roll of paper towels or napkins is useful.

All things must be signed and lie in a locker in a special bag, also in name. And most importantly for the baby - do not forget to bring your favorite soft toy, in which the child will be easier to adapt to the changes in his life.
