Often, to create a unique interior in a particular room, various non-standard design techniques are used. One of these techniques, often used in modern design of apartments and houses, is the playing of such material as brick. Brick laying harmoniously fit not only in modern styles of interior design - loft or high-tech, no less attractive it will look and in classical styles - Provence or country. In this case, after the appropriate modification, the already existing brickwork of one of the walls (cleaning, leveling, grinding) and the imitation of the brickwork can be used. Imitation of brick for interior decoration
The options for imitating bricks in the decoration of the premises are numerous. The easiest and most accessible is to use wallpaper, the picture of which transmits the type of brickwork. As an option, it is possible to consider the marking of the dried sand and cement plaster in the form of separate bricks with subsequent staining, maximally reliably selecting the color of the paint. But such work will require a lot of time and patience.
A fairly affordable method of imitating a brick for interior decoration is the use of various panels. In building supermarkets there is a wide choice of panels with a surface simulating a brick, made of fiberglass, PVC, even from pressed eucalyptus wood fibers. For interior decoration of premises to simulate natural bricks, clinker tiles are often used, both in the form of separate elements and in the form of the same panels. It so believably imitates a brick that it is also called brick tile. In addition, the technology and material of its production are similar to brick - its basis, like that of brick, is clay; Like brick, it is fired. The only difference is that the tiles are thinner and lighter than bricks, and the process of masonry is the process of gluing the usual tiles.
For interior decoration of premises, especially when decorating with brick imitation of small sections of walls, it is possible to use also brick veneers, which are separate elements (in this case - bricks) made of, for example, clay, plastic or cardboard. Veneers are sold individually and simply attached to a predetermined location.
