For work we need:

  1. Before laying the parquet floor, you must complete all the dirty work on the wall surfaces and ceiling. The base of the floor must be smooth, without defects, vacuumed.
  2. The parquet board must be acclimatized in the room for a minimum of 48 hours.
  3. The cork substrate is unwound. It is stacked with one another.
  4. Most often, the boards are mounted perpendicular to the window along the direction of the light. The width of the room is measured and the number of planks is calculated.
  5. On the first board, the comb is cut off on the long and short sides.
  6. The first row is mounted. Limit wedges are installed between the boards and the wall.
  7. The boards are pushed from the narrow and long sides. The shift between parkets in the following rows is made at least half a meter.
  8. The width of the last board is calculated taking into account the gap and the final row is assembled. The board is leveled using the mounting bracket.
  9. The plinth and sills are installed.
  10. The floor is ready for use.
