Forged benches

At all times artistic forging was very popular and was considered one of the most worthy interior decorations. Products decorated with metal ornaments were used everywhere, beginning with small household utensils, ending with large furniture. Wrought iron benches were also used. They can often be found in private courtyards, hallways and halls of a boutique hotel. These products have excellent performance, namely:

Thanks to these properties, the bench can be safely installed outdoors, without fear that weather conditions will harm the metal.

Design Features

Stalls are made of forged metal, which performs both aesthetic and fastening function. Gilt iron, thanks to the skill of professionals, acquires intricate shapes reminiscent of grapevines, flower buds and abstract patterns. Metal parts are usually found in the supporting part of the structure (legs, armrests), and for the seat and backrest a wooden bar is used. In some models, the backrest is also supplemented with forged elements, but in this case they are made to be smoothed so as not to interfere during sitting.

Application in design

Forged benches and benches are usually used in decoration of private households' courtyards, but they can also be found in city squares, at court yards of state institutions, etc. Cottage owners tend to use more expensive sophisticated models, with unusual forging and expensive wood. Often they are purchased in a set with forged flowerers, tables and even a swing. A set of several items looks more presentable and aristocratic.
