Composition and features of decorative plaster "lamb"

Decorative plaster "lamb" is a dry mixture of white cement of the highest quality, mineral fillers (quartz, marble, dolomite, etc.) and water-repellent components, which provide good resistance to wall covering with various fungal formations such as mold .

In acrylic compositions representing the finished mass of decorative plaster "lamb", add a dispersion of acrylic resin, as well as silicone dispersions. Additional components of the mixture are pigments and modifying additives.

Dry and ready mixes of decorative plaster are designed for manual plastering on concrete, plaster and gypsum plasterboards, as well as on mineral wool plates and mineral lining plaster coatings.

Application of decorative plaster "lamb"

Before starting the plaster application, the base for it must be carefully prepared: cleaned of dirt, oily liquids, oil paint and other exfoliating layers of the previous finish, as well as loose areas.

Also, it is necessary to treat the walls with a deep penetration primer and primer paint if the substrate is excessively nasty and does not provide good adhesion.

Prepared or already bought ready-made mortar is applied to the walls with a trowel or trowel and leveled with a stainless float. The thickness of the plaster layer will be equal to the diameter of the granules. The resulting surface is rough and uniformly grainy.
