The variety of types of ceramic pots sold in flower shops can be confusing to an aspiring florist. Therefore, before buying, you need to figure out what sorts of pots these are:
- clay or glazed (covered from the outside glossy glaze). They are beautiful, but do not have air permeability. Therefore, such pots are recommended to be used as pots;
- with holes in the bottom or without them. The latter are also suitable for use only as pots, since otherwise they will stagnate water;
- different sizes. A large ceramic pot is suitable for adult flowers with a powerful root system, it can be used as an outdoor. In small containers usually plant violets, cyclamens, and so on. And high ceramic pots for flowers will be good for room palms, dracaena, yucca;
