For the filler, mix the orange juice and citrus peel in the saucepan, add the flour and put the mixture on the fire. Dilute a thick mass of 1¼ cup of water, mix and bring to a boil. As soon as the mixture again becomes thick, remove it from the fire and add eggs, constantly and intensely stirring. Supplement the filling with sugar and pour into the biscuit form.

For meringue, whisk the proteins with sugar to hard peaks and distribute the air mass over the citrus filling. Bake the cake for another 15 minutes.

In a bowl, mix flour and sugar, add cinnamon and salt. Apples are cleaned from the bones and cut into cubes, roll in the resulting mixture. At the bottom of the baking dish we spread the finished shortbread dough, on top we put stuffing from apples and pieces of butter. We pour the contents of the pie with orange juice and cover with the second half of the rolled dough.

Bake the cake at 200 degrees, or until the golden color of the crust. In a small bowl, mix the ingredients for the glaze and pour them a ready hot pie.

Mix flour, soda, salt and cinnamon together. Add to the dry ingredients water and oil, mix thoroughly. The kneaded dough is placed in a mold, leveled on the bottom and sides, and baked at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. If you want to make an orange pie in a multivark, tamp the dough into a greased bowl of the device and cook for "Baking" for 30 minutes. With the help of a mixer, whip the cream and cottage cheese until smooth, add the orange peel, sugar powder to taste and banana puree.
