How to make a noise insulation of a stretch ceiling?
Before you begin to work, you need to decide on the height of the ceiling and the type of material. For noise insulation with mineral wool or similar material, a frame of load-bearing wooden blocks is formed on the ceiling. Next, metal profiles are fixed to it with a certain pitch.
In the cells formed, the material is densely packed, and it is necessary to avoid the appearance of gaps between the joints, because this violates the monolithic nature of the coating and the noise insulation will turn out to be inadequate.
An easier way to arrange noise insulation of the ceiling is very simple. You can drill plastic plates in the slabs, with a pitch of -30-40 cm, twist plastic dowels in them, and between them stretch the synthetic thread, this will not allow the material to sag.
The simplest way of noise insulation of the ceiling under the suspended ceiling is soundproofing with foam plastic. It is enough to spread the slabs with any universal glue and apply to the ceiling. Whitewash or plaster at the same time it is better to treat with a primer.
