Kalmyk Yoga

A lot of theories are created on the subject of the inevitability of aging of the organism and, in fact, how to eliminate this inevitability. VI Kharitonov, the creator of the Kalmyk yoga, had his own point of view, which consisted in the fact that we are getting old due to violations of homeostasis. Homeostasis is the stability, balance and permanence of life processes in the body. This term implies both body temperature, and digestion, and secretion, and heart contractions.

Kharitonov believed that, regardless of age and type of activity, the blood supply to the brain should be constant. Blood flow itself is distributed over the brain: depending on the current activity, you activate a certain section of the brain, hence blood and glucose are more likely to flow to him.

By the age of 70, in most people, the blood supply to the brain falls by 30%, and those who suffer from atherosclerosis or hypertension, this figure is even higher. In this regard, there are diseases, a decline in memory, mental abilities.

As you guessed, Kalmyk yoga Kharitonov is based on increasing blood supply to the brain.

The essence of the direction

The benefits of Kalmyk yoga in hypoxia. When we hold our breath , we overflow with carbon dioxide, from which the vessels expand and the valves that regulate the flow of blood are relaxed. If you breathe after that, you will breathe in much more oxygen than with the usual "inhalation-exhalation".

However, one delay does not solve the problem. If you just sit on the couch and stop breathing, the temples will soon rattle, and your face turns blue.

The complex method assumes the work of Kalmyk yoga for both the abdomen and for the muscles of the legs. Combining physical exercises and delaying breathing gives an active strengthening of the muscles, in addition, during movement and delay, there is a vibration of the gray matter of the brain.

Exercises

In Kalmyk yoga, there is only one exercise - this is holding breath with squats. We breathe in, nuzzles with your hand, hold your breath. We begin to actively squat, as much as you can without breath. Then you need to catch your breath and repeat the exercise 5 more times.

Kalmyk yoga, that is, this exercise, must be repeated three times a day, before eating.

Daily exercise of this exercise strengthens the vessels and the entire cardiovascular system. Kharitonov noted improvement in health and ECG parameters in patients after several months of training.
