And suddenly under it threatening cracks will appear, what then to do? The situation described here is very common. Fixing cracks in brick or concrete walls is a real scourge of apartment owners in many high-rise buildings and private houses.

What if there are cracks in the wall?
- Tools and the most necessary materials - two spatulas (of different sizes), reinforcing construction tape, brush, sponge, primer, putty, sandpaper, sealant for seams.
- We clean with a small spatula a crack, in some places slightly widening the groove. We remove from there all the dirt, dust and remnants of the solution.
- Gently fill the crack in the wall sealant for seams. The usual silicone does not work, the paint and plaster do not adhere to it. This choice is better than a simple cement mortar, as this composition has the ability to expand and it is more resistant to deformations.
- Wipe the surface, removing any excess material from it.
- We attach a self-adhesive paint tape over the crack. We smooth it with a spatula.
- We put on top a layer of putty.
- All is well smoothed, after drying, we rub the seam with sandpaper. If necessary, then repeat the process several times to completely level the surface.
- We paint the wall in the same color as the rest of the surface.
- If everything went well, and the color of the painting was selected correctly, there would not even be a trace of the terrible crack.
