3. We fasten the frame to the board with a screwdriver, and fasten the dowel-nails to the concrete floor.
4. Intervals between the frame fill with a heater. Some prefer to raise the floor on the balcony with expanded clay, but we used foam.
5. In our case, two layers of material are laid. On the laid foam it is possible to move confidently, it withstands considerable loads.
6. We top the floor with plywood sheets.
7. After the surface was completely covered with plywood, and the walls were lined with lining, the balcony acquired a more cozy appearance.
8. But we will go even further, covering the flat, warm floors with a laminate.
9. In principle, it would be possible to put any modern coating - linoleum, parquet board or other. But we also have a beautiful and quite stylish surface that will decorate any balcony.
10. But the work is not over yet. We make measurements and cut the plinth.
11. We fix the plinth with screws to the walls, leaving gaps for the corners.
12. Close the heads of the screws with a decorative cover.
13. We fix the corner on the plinth.
14. We put in the groove a second plinth and also screw it to the wall.
15. Now we have a balcony raised, insulated, and the floor has a stylish and complete look.
