False contractions during pregnancy and their role
Training cuts are very important. They help the uterus in preparation for the fetal expulsion, because this is the most important thing that this body will have to do, not counting the carrying of the crumbs all nine months. In addition, they are preparing for the birth activity and the cervix, which will have to be smoothed out and help the baby to be born. Thus, without training, it is difficult to manage, especially if the birth of a woman first. Since it is very difficult to understand that false birth pangs are difficult, it is necessary to consult an obstetrician on this issue in advance. The obstetrician should explain what their features are, help get rid of the feeling of panic at the first manifestation. At the same time, not always misleading cuts appear until the day of birth, so you should not worry in vain.
How are false fights manifested?
The signs of false labor appear always about the same. Consider these features:
- the uterus stretches for a few seconds, after which it relaxes without any pain or physical discomfort;
- a feeling of tension arises from time to time, but no periodicity is observed;
- the cervix does not open ;
- amniotic fluid does not expire;
- there are no signs of a change in the uterus and its preparation for labor.
It should be remembered that training cuts occur, usually after the twentieth week of pregnancy against the background of excessive activity of the mother, unrest, fullness of the bladder. They come most often at night, when the future mother is in peace, that is, when there is no reason to believe that something has triggered the onset of labor. If such feelings occur in the daytime, it is easy to get rid of them, changing the position of the body, changing the activity or simply strolling.
At the same time, the question of how false fights are going on usually excites expectant mothers less than the problem of their duration, because if unfamiliar feelings last too long, then justifiably fears arise if this is not the birth.
The duties of any obstetrician or gynecologist observing a pregnant woman include an explanation of the nature and characteristics of the contractions that arise during the training of the uterus. This will allow a woman to calmly treat certain manifestations of her situation, protect her from unnecessary stress.
