Style loft - one of the modern trends in interior design. His motto is "less partitions, more space," and that says it all. This "attic" style appeared in America in the distant 40s of the last century, when people, mostly artists who did not have the opportunity to buy or rent housing in the city center, settled in abandoned industrial premises. Soon, creative people were replaced by wealthy financial figures who appreciated the convenience of such an interior, adding it with comfortable furniture and modern home appliances.
Curtains in the loft style in the interior
Among other styles of curtains in the interior, curtains in loft style occupy a separate position. Natural light is the main feature of the loft, and this is achieved thanks to the huge windows, often the entire height of the walls of the room. Initially, this style did not envisage the curtains at all, but since it is used for decoration of apartments and houses, and this has long been not industrial premises, curtains are absolutely necessary.
Except for window curtains, textiles are used in such rooms as partitions, because there are no walls here. Industrial style means freedom and creativity, so what role would the curtains do, they should be light and flying, without any falsity, fringe, pick-ups and lambrequins.
