It's no secret that bathing a newborn is an obligatory, hygienic procedure that needs to be carried out daily. And no one doubts the benefits of bathing, and to make it even more useful for health, you need to give the child the opportunity to swim, properly podgy legs and handles. This contributes to:
- strengthening the muscles of the child, which in turn helps him to master different motor skills (crawling, walking);
- normalization of intracranial and intrathoracic pressure;
- strengthening of immunity;
- activation of metabolic processes in the body;
- full disclosure of the lungs;
- the establishment of digestion (prevention of colic and constipation);
- sound sleep.
But parents often face certain difficulties in bathing an infant. Especially if you have to bathe alone. Inevitably, the back starts to hurt, the hands are numb, the kid now and then tries to get out. To protect themselves from these inconveniences or reduce them to a minimum, a lot of adaptations were invented. - Note whether the chin is in a special place for fixation.
