About the forthcoming screen version of the book of the American fictional writer Anne Rice almost nothing is reported. The director's chair is promised to Josh Bun ("Stuck in love", "The stars are to blame"). Jared Leto will play one of the vampires, namely, Lestat. In the film Neil Jordan, this role was played by Tom Cruise.
