Alexandra Shulman, as editor, wrote an open letter to the readers of Vogue magazine, where she noted:
I am grateful to the Coach brand for the enthusiasm with which they dressed and transformed the woman, despite the fact that she is not a standard model. I'm sorry that the designers could not and did not want to change their requirements for clothes, and did not go to our meeting.
