When boarding an airplane, you will need to present it. Upon arrival in India, at the airport, you give your passport and printout to the Visa on Arrival booth or at the border control. The only inconvenience is that you can use only several airports at the time of issuing such a visa: Bangalore, Dabolim (Goa), Delhi, Kolkota (Calcutta), Kochi, Mumbai, Trivandrum, Hyderabad and Chennai. A special feature of the visa to India is that it is valid immediately after receipt, that is, it can not be drawn up in advance, otherwise it will turn out that you will not have time to return before the expiration of its validity period, which can entail a lot of problems.
