All sorts of unpleasant sensations in the vagina are possible not only because of inflammation in it, but also in the presence of:
- omission of the uterus and vagina;
- fibroids of the uterus;
- with diseases of neighboring organs (eg, bladder);
- when irritating the vagina with various personal care products, creams, ointments.
The sensation of a foreign body in the vagina is found in various tumors of both the vagina and adjacent organs - the bladder, rectum, uterus (for example, in large fibromyomas that fall into the vagina).
Also, with tumors, there may be a feeling of bursting into the vagina, which is more characteristic of the perineum sensation syndrome. With the climax, the uterus and the walls of the vagina can be lowered, which almost does not manifest itself at the initial stages, but over time, feelings of rasping, a foreign body in the vagina, urinary incontinence, discharge from the genital tract, inflammation of the dropping organs in the late stages of omission are added.
Unpleasant sensations in the vagina during pregnancy
In the first trimester of pregnancy, uncomfortable spasms in the vagina are most often associated with an increased tone on the back of the uterus and the threat of miscarriage. Also during pregnancy, thrush often becomes worse, because of what pain and itching in the vagina along with cheesy discharge are possible. Feelings of discomfort in the vagina during pregnancy are possible and in the presence of varicose veins in it, which is combined with varicose veins of the lower extremities, hemorrhoids.
