It does not catch the Internet and television does not work - and none of the scientists is able to do anything with this mysterious phenomenon.
The abnormal zone is located on the border of the states of Durango, Chihuahua and Coahuila, 400 miles from the American city of El Paso. It was called "Sea Tethys", because this piece of land is supposedly located on the site of the ancient ocean of the same name that existed in the Mesozoic era. Local landscapes really resemble the ocean floor: there is no green vegetation in the "silence zone", and animals prefer to bypass it - all but poisonous snakes. The company is made up of cacti and dried thorn bushes, which support the apocalyptic view of the mystical Mexican desert.
About the fact that something strange is happening in these parts, people began to suspect back in the XIX century. Farmers, unsuccessfully trying to grow cereals in the desert, guarded at night their land. Many of them spoke about the fall of "hot stones" from the sky in the dark. At the beginning of the 20th century, eyewitnesses emerged who claimed that shining oblong ships and fire circles often hang over the desert (and this was at a time when very few people knew about UFOs!). People were afraid to settle in the heart of the desert, as if something was keeping them from this step. Those brave souls who nevertheless built houses near the "Tethys Sea" quickly died of mysterious diseases or disappeared under strange circumstances.
In the 1930s, a pilot of the Mexican state of Coahuila called Francisco Sarabia flew around the desert for military purposes. As soon as he crossed the boundaries of the "dead" zone, he was left without radio communication and almost crashed from the fact that all the on-board devices refused. Since the aircraft was a military aircraft, Francisco was forced to draw up a protocol on the incident - and became the first in the history of the country affected by the anomalous zone of the "Tethys Sea".
In 1964, a group of scientists conducted geological exploration of the area and accidentally wandered into the desert. They were immediately denied radio, so the expedition was interrupted for the sake of repair. While checking the radio, they turned out to be serviceable, but they were not even included in this area. A few years later, the wasteland "took away" the American missile "Athena", which was tested near the border. The rocket spontaneously changed the course set and flew into the desert, where it collapsed to the ground.
At the beginning of the XXI century, it was possible to conduct necessary studies of the phenomenon of the desert. It turned out that a strange magnetic field dominates it, which serves as a barrier to radio sets, TV sets, telephones and audio signals. Once in the "Sea of Tethys" a person begins to experience terrible fear, and the level of adrenaline in his blood rises. Those who are unlucky to get lost in this part of Mexico, meet tall people in strange silvery clothes with blond hair.
Extraordinary travelers ask people about the current year or the situation in the world. Everyone communicating with aliens asserts that they are asking to show them sources with water. Before each such meeting, scientists fix the fall of meteorites - and this happens quite often. One of the heavenly "gifts" was thoroughly studied: its structure was much older than the existing solar system. Where did he come from? No one could find out.
One of the first UFO images was also made over this desert in 1976. The American government has made it possible for Mexicans to establish a tent camp near the "silence zone", which is still in force today. Living in it the military fixes all unusual changes in the magnetic field of the desert. The hypotheses that the military base of the aliens, the signal that muffs all signals by a device whose technology is much higher than the level of terrestrial technology, is seriously voiced.
Among those who help Americans unravel the secrets of the inhospitable desert - the wife of Ernesto and Josephine Diaz. A couple of archaeologists once went to the military camp, but was stuck in a rut. Help came unexpectedly. Josephine recalls:
"A storm was coming. We did not immediately notice it, as we were keen on trying to get the car out of the rut. The pickup continued to skid and then two human figures emerged from the air. One of the men waved his hand and approached us. Having conferred they offered to help us, urging us to get into the car with my husband. The men moved to the rear of the body, after which the car seemed to have flown out of the rut! When we got out of the car, there was no one to thank: our saviors had evaporated. "
Indications of blonde aliens were confirmed by a family owning a ranch a couple of kilometers from the desert. In the 1990's, two women and one man came for water for two weeks each night. Strangers were interested only in the opportunity to draw water from the well to the ranch, they never asked for food or something else. When the mother of the family dared to ask the question of where this family came from, she heard only one word in return. "From above," one of the women said softly, smiling.
A couple of years ago, Americans from the tent camp came up with a study of the level of ultraviolet radiation. Within the boundaries of the desert, it is 30% higher than anywhere else on Earth. Simultaneously, the presence in the soil of uranium and the epicenter of radiation radiation at the central point of the "Tethys Sea", which muffs all signals in the area, was revealed. Apparently, other civilizations are not yet ready to share their scientific achievements with humanity.
